Anna's Bed & Breakfast is located on Sint Annaplein, a green square just outside the busiest shopping streets in Bruges. From the windows, you can look out at St. Anne's Church and the surrounding historic facades, while being only a short walk away from the Markt and the Burg. The location is therefore at the same time quiet and very central, ideal for those who mainly want to discover Bruges on foot.
The B&B is located in a classic Bruges mansion with wooden floors, high ceilings and warm colors. Authentic elements have been preserved, but you'll notice contemporary comfort everywhere: comfortable beds, a modern private bathroom in each room, WiFi, a small refrigerator and in-room tea and coffee. There are a total of five guest rooms, including a family room where two adults and two children can stay comfortably.
Downstairs, there is a cozy lounge where guests can read a book or plan their day, and at the back is a small city garden that feels like an extension of the breakfast room in the warmer months. Breakfast is served as a buffet with fresh products, combining fruit, bread, toppings and homely accents. On sunny days, you can go outside with your coffee while the city slowly comes to life around the square.
Anna's Bed & Breakfast is located in the Sint Anna district, one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in Bruges. It is a quiet neighborhood with cobblestone streets, small squares and lots of water. Right opposite the B&B is St. Anne's Church, known for its rich wooden interior. Around the corner, you can walk to the Jerusalem Church and the Adornes Domain, an extraordinary private chapel and family estate that has been connected to Bruges since the fifteenth century.
The Lace Center and the Folklore Museum, housed in historic houses of worship, are just a few minutes' walk away. There, you'll get an insight into the old life of Bruges and into the tradition of the world-famous Bruges side. The combination of small museums, quiet streets and monumental churches makes Saint Anna a neighborhood where you'll discover something new every time, even if you've been walking around for a few days.
Another advantage of this neighborhood are the vests, the green belt around the city center. From Sint Anna Square, you can walk to the city walls with its iconic windmills in a few minutes. The wooden mills refer to the medieval past of Bruges and offer a beautiful panorama of the city and the surrounding canals at sunset. It's an ideal spot for an evening stroll after a day of sightseeing in the city center.
• Visit Jerusalem Church and Adornes Domain, an intimate chapel with medieval art, and a historic family estate just a few minutes' walk from the hotel.
• Guided tour of the Lace Center and the Folklore Museum, where you'll learn about Bruges art as well as the daily life of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
• Walk along the vests and windmills near Sint Anna, a green route across the old city walls with a view of the windmills and gates of Bruges.
The Sint Anna district and the nearby Langestraat are one of the most gastronomic corners of Bruges. Within a few minutes' walk from Anna's Bed & Breakfast, you'll find accessible bistros as well as sophisticated cuisines and cozy eateries.
Restaurants
• Onslow
A contemporary restaurant in the Sint Annakwartier, known for its relaxed atmosphere and creative global dishes to share. The terrace behind it has an almost Mediterranean look, which makes it particularly pleasant on warm evenings.
• Cézar Restaurant
Located on Jerusalem Street, near the Jerusalem Church, Cézar feels like a warm living room with sheepskins, sofas and soft colors. The menu includes classic dishes with a modern touch, accompanied by a nice beer or wine selection.
• Belgian Lion

Cafes & bars
• Adriaan Coffee Bar
In a former bank near the city theater, Coffeebar Adriaan serves carefully brewed coffee, breakfast and brunch with local products. The high ceiling and large windows give this coffee bar a bright, elegant atmosphere, ideal for a quiet start to the day.
• Bar Lowie
Bar Lowie in the Eekhoutstraat is an attractive place where you can enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch and a glass of wine or coffee in between. The focus is on fresh, local ingredients and a relaxed living room atmosphere in the heart of the city.

• The easiest way to travel to Bruges Station is by train. From the station, you can take a taxi or opt for the city bus, so you can easily get to the historic city center.
• By public transport, you can take bus line 2 to Sint Jozef at the station and get off at the Molenbrug stop, from where it's about three hundred meters to St. Anna Square. An alternative is bus line 1 to Sint Kruis Kerk, get off at the Rijksarchief stop and then take a short walk through the Langestraat and along the canals.
• If you arrive by car, it is best to drive via the outskirts of the city to an underground car park. The Langestraat and Pandreitje car parks are within walking distance of the B&B and are a good base for leaving the car safe and covered while exploring the city on foot.
Anna's Bed & Breakfast itself does not have a private car park, but thanks to its central location on St. Anne's Square, there are several options in the immediate vicinity. You can park on the street around the square and in the surrounding streets for a fee, usually with a limited parking time during the day. In the evenings, parking above ground in the city center becomes cheaper or even free, depending on the day and time, although the number of places remains limited.
For those who prefer to park their car safely for a longer period of time, the underground car parks are the most practical choice. Parking Langestraat is located under the State Archives on the edge of the city center and is only a few minutes' walk from St. Anna Square. The car park is modern, guarded, suitable for longer stays and also offers charging points for electric cars.
A second convenient option is Parking Pandreitje, near Queen Astrid Park. This underground car park is also accessible day and night, has spacious spaces and charging points and is a comfortable walk from the hotel via quiet streets and along the canals. Travelers who pay particular attention to the price can choose to stand at the large car park near the station or at one of the peripheral car parks and get to the center by public transport from there. This way, you can combine an advantageous rate with a relaxed arrival in the city center.
Anna's Bed & Breakfast is a small-scale and personal base in the historic heart of Bruges. With five comfortable rooms, a cozy breakfast and a cozy city garden, the house offers the charm of a classic Bruges home, complemented by the comfort you would expect from a modern B&B. The location on St. Anna Square provides a peaceful atmosphere, while you can walk to the main squares, museums and shopping streets in just a few minutes.
The surrounding Saint Anna district combines heritage and daily urban dynamics: churches, small museums, the green vests and a surprisingly rich range of places to eat are literally around the corner. With a choice of charming restaurants, coffee bars, brunch spots and well-located car parks, it's easy to plan your stay exactly how you want it, whether you're coming for culture, gastronomy or just a quiet weekend away. Anna's Bed & Breakfast fits in as a warm, homely place where you'd like to come home after every day in Bruges.
